1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of toolkitscape.com and the Toolkit Scape web application (the "Service"), operated by Lovelyscape ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Beta service
The Service is currently offered as a beta. Features, performance, and availability may change without notice. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. See our Disclaimer for additional beta limitations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law.
4. Description of the Service
Toolkit Scape is a browser-based media toolkit. You upload files you own or may lawfully use; many features process files locally in your browser (for example ffmpeg.wasm, Canvas, Web Audio). We do not offer stream ripping, URL download, or access to third-party platforms on your behalf.
Optional accounts, cloud storage, premium AI features, and paid credits may be introduced later under supplemental terms.
5. Your content and conduct
You retain ownership of your files. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the Service when you choose features that require server interaction (for example saving preferences or premium processing).
You agree not to:
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the Service;
- Misrepresent your identity or circumvent access controls or credit limits.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
7. Accounts, credits, and payments
If you create an account or purchase credits, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Fees, refunds, and credit rules will be shown at purchase and may be updated with reasonable notice where required by law.
8. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies, including Umami analytics on the public site and choices in our cookie banner (Essential only / Accept all).
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free conversions, or preservation of your files.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovelyscape and its affiliates, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be highlighted in the app or by email where we have your contact details. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
